Accommodation Costs 2022

Please refer to the the tables below for both indoor and outdoor seasonal accommodation costs at Broadleas.

Sole occupancy costs are ONLY charged  APRIL-OCT as camping is not available between NOV - MAR.

sole Occupancy charge is valid when you book one of the indoor, Cabins or outdoor accommodations but require sole use of the whole site. When booking the Indoor and Outdoor together, sole occupancy will not apply as minimum numbers apply for each accommodation type.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A MINIMUM BOOKING OF 20 PERSONS FOR BOTH THE OUTDOOR AND INDOOR ACCOMMODATION

Booking Terms & Conditions  No booking is confirmed  and availability is open to other users until a deposit has been paid. All Deposits must be paid within 4 weeks of booking.

Cancellation Charges -  8 Months Prior to Arrival = 50% of booking Value, 6 Months Prior to Arrival = 90% of booking Value In event booking replaced only deposit will be retained

Prices for 2022

Outdoor: £9.20 per person per day

Indoor : £11.50 per person per day

Sole Occupancy Charge : £230.00 per day

Cabins £10.00 per person per day
